My Teaching Philosophy

My philosophy of education is multifaceted.  It is very important for an educator to be flexible with the changes that are constantly occurring in our society.  A school district needs to maintain high standards for student achievement, without ignoring special limitations put upon some individual students.  Not all students are alike. Therefore, students need to be given several strategies, if needed, to help them learn the desired curriculum.  As a result, I teach using various strategies in trying to reach all students.
